Sometimes the best conversations happen when there isn’t an agenda.
On Thursday 17th September, we’re bringing the FrontRow community together in London for our Summer Party, and we’ve decided not to keep this one just for our members.
We’re opening the doors to the wider Speaker community, so whether you’re a professional speaker, aspiring speaker, industry professional, past attendee, Awards entrant, FrontRow member or simply someone who would like to connect with this community, you’re invited.
The idea is really simple. Get some brilliant people together, give everyone a chance to relax, have a drink, enjoy some food and see where the conversations lead.
There won’t be four hours of structured networking, forced introductions or somebody ringing a bell every sixty seconds while you explain what you do!
This is a party
Come along, grab a drink, reconnect with people you know, meet people you don’t and enjoy an afternoon and evening surrounded by people from across the speaking industry.
Why should you be in the room?
One of the things we hear repeatedly from speakers is just how important relationships are in this industry.
Opportunities often start with conversations. A chance introduction can become a recommendation. Someone you meet socially can become a collaborator, client or the person who introduces you to someone you really need to know.
That’s why, although this is very much a Summer Party, there will also be plenty of opportunities to grow your network and build genuine relationships with speakers and industry professionals.
We’ll also have some of The Speaker Awards judges joining us, giving you the opportunity to meet and chat with someone involved in the judging process. Whether you’ve entered before, are considering entering in the future or are simply curious about the Awards, this is an opportunity to connect and have those conversations informally.
There will be other industry professionals in the room too, alongside FrontRow members and people from across our Speaker Summit and Speaker Awards community.
You never quite know where one conversation might lead.
What does your ticket include?
Your ticket gives you access to the full Summer Party from 4pm–8pm, including the opportunity to connect with speakers, FrontRow members, Speaker Summit and Speaker Awards attendees, an Awards judge and other industry professionals.
There will also be complimentary drinks and light food available while stocks last, so come early, grab something to eat and drink and settle in for the afternoon.
And yes, you can bring your friends.
You don’t need to be a FrontRow member to attend. In fact, if there’s someone in your world who you think would enjoy meeting this community, encourage them to grab a ticket and come along with you.
Ultimately, this isn’t complicated.
We’re getting the community together. There’ll be food, drinks, some brilliant people and plenty of conversation.
All that’s missing is you.
